Do you design items that aren't on the list?
Absolutely! We are fully customizable. If you have a vision, we can bring it to life.
What is your turnaround time on awards?
We have a minimum 3-week turnaround time for award orders.
Here is how our process works:
- Invoice: You'll receive an invoice through Square
- Design proofs: After payment, you'll receive your first proof within 5-7 business days
- Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions. Depending on how many revisions are requested, this could slow down the turnaround time.
- Production: Production can take 2-3 business days.
- Shipping: Standard shipping is 5-7 business days.
Can I see a design proof before payment?
To respect everyone's time and effort, we require a design fee deposit before we begin artwork.
Once a design is approved, we require the remaining balance prior to placing the order.
Do you offer a warranty on orders?
Because these are custom orders, we cannot offer a warranty on grammar or spelling once you have given final approval for production. Please double-check your proofs!
Is shipping included?
Shipping is factored into all custom product costs. If you need expedited shipping, an additional fee will apply.
