  • What is the turnaround time on awards?

    We have a minimum 3-week turnaround time for orders. 


    Here is how our process works:

    • Invoice: You'll receive an invoice through Square
    • Design proofs: After payment, you'll receive your first proof within 5-7 business days
    • Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions. Depending on how many revisions are requested, this could slow down the turnaround time.
    • Production: Production can take 2-3 business days.
    • Shipping: Standard shipping is 5-7 business days.

  • Can I see a design proof before payment?

    To respect everyone's time and effort, we require payment before we begin artwork.

  • Do you offer a warranty on orders?

    Because these are custom orders, we cannot offer a warranty on grammar or spelling once you have given final approval for production. Please double-check your proofs!
