Do you do custom sizing?
While our chart gives an idea of banner pricing, we do offer custom sizes. Reach out to us and we will be happy to provide a quote.
Can I share an inspiration or design?
Absolutely! If you have a theme or color pallet, send it to marketing@premiershowmanagement.com and we will handle it.
What does the design fee cover?
The banner design fee of $50 for a single design and $125 for multiple designs covers fully customized designs and unlimited revisions.
Whether you have one design or multiple for a livestock show, our fee covers it all.
What is the weight of the vinyl?
We use 13oz. vinyl material that is perfect for indoor displays. If you are interested in a heavier material, please reach out.
What is the turnaround time on banners?
We have a minimum 3-week turnaround time for banner orders.
Here is how our process works:
- Invoice: You'll receive an invoice through Square
- Design proofs: After payment, you'll receive your first proof within 5-7 business days
- Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions. Depending on how many revisions are requested, this could slow down the turnaround time.
- Production: Production can take 2-3 business days.
- Shipping: Standard shipping is 5-7 business days.
Can I see a design proof before payment?
To respect everyone's time and effort, we require a design fee deposit before we begin artwork.
Once a design is approved, we require the remaining balance prior to placing the order.
Do you offer a warranty on orders?
Because these are custom orders, we cannot offer a warranty on grammar or spelling once you have given final approval for production. Please double-check your proofs!
While we use commercial- grade vinyl, we cannot guarantee items against "Mother Nature" (fading/weathering over time), but we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will always work with you to resolve any legitimate issues.
